Payment Policy

After completion of your registration you will be redirected to the payment page. Only after completion of payment you are registered. No registration when disrupting payment!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent to and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising committee. If accepted, cancellations by April 1, 2020 will be refunded 50% of the total costs; no refunds will be provided if cancellation are made after April 1, 2020.


Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
