* please e-mail a copy (PDF) of a recent certificate or statement from the head of your institute as evidence of your PhD studentship to f.defauwes@maastrichtuniversity.nl immediately after your online registration and mention your name and registration order number.

The registration fee covers coffee breaks, lunches, all conference sessions, abstract booklet and access to hotel facilities.

Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation, dinners and networking event on June 9th. Participants have to find and book their own hotel

Registration will be closed at 07/06/2022. Please note that the conference is limited to 150 participants. You are strongly encouraged to register asap (if overbooked, registration will be closed earlier).
