One of the major aims of DNSG conference is to promote significant interaction between senior and junior researchers. Therefore, all participants are expected to participate during the full duration of the symposium. This forms the basis for an “ALL IN” participation package including all meals, dinners, accommodation and excursions.

Early bird registration ends March 31st (23.59 UTC) and Regular registration ends May 10th (23.59 UTC). Thereafter accommodation-all in package availability can NOT be guaranteed as our contingent reservation ends.

The registration fee covers accommodation, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, all conference sessions, abstract booklet, access to hotel facilities, and social events.

The fees vary between €700 and €1250 depending on the type of room and time of registration. Within 1 week after registration you will receive an invoice which can be payed by bank transfer only. For details see online registration form.

Students and PhD students can get a € 200 discount if they e-mail a copy (PDF) of  a recent official certificate or statement from the head of your institute or educational office as evidence of your PhD studentship to f.defauwes@maastrichtuniversity.nl immediately after your online registration and please mention your name and registration number.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The conference is limited to 180 participants. You are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible (registration will be closed earlier in case the limit of registrations has been reached).
• On-site registration is not possible.
