Payment & Cancellation and Policy

Payment Policy

Registration: payment should be made within 4 weeks after registration. Payment for registrations after January 8th must be made within one week after registration. If your payment has not been received in time your online registration will be cancelled!

Accommodation: Accommodation is not included in the registration fee, but with online registration you can request accommodation at additional costs.  When booking a double room the roommate must register within 4 days also requesting a double room specifying your name, else the full price for the double room will be charged to the single registrant.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent to f.defauwes@maastrichtuniversity.nl and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising committee. If accepted, cancellations before January 1, 2018 will be refunded 50% of the total costs; no refunds will be provided if cancellation are made after January 1, 2018.
